The 10th edition of Expo Pakistan, Pakistan’s foremost trade exhibition, took place at the Karachi Expo Centre. It featured the extensive array of Pakistan’s export goods and services, with the active participation of the Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC).
Held annually, the four-day Expo Pakistan has become the primary sourcing point for a large number of businesses worldwide, visited by 20,000 business visitor from 80 countries.
PASDEC Facilitates Italian Expert's Study of Pakistan's Marble Industry
In-depth study of Pakistan’s marble industry was facilitated by the Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC) for Mr. Marco Antonio Ragone, a representative from IMM Carrara.
Mr. Zahid Maqsood Sheikh, CEO of PASDEC, commended the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) for acknowledging the true potential of the country’s marble and granite sector. He emphasized that PASDEC is dedicated to advancing Pakistan’s marble and granite industry. With the support of TDAP and the government’s recognition, the dimensional stone sector in Pakistan is poised to attract increased investment and achieve greater stability.
